My name is Heidi
Clanton. I am excited to be the school
counselor for South Elementary and Central Elementary! My week will be split between both schools. I have received my
education degree from Missouri Southern State University. I started teaching in 2003. Six of those years were spent teaching
second grade in the Neosho School District.
I am married and have a wonderful boy who attends school in Neosho
School District. Through classroom
lessons, individual counseling, and small groups, I will be giving lessons
that follow the Missouri Guidance Grade Level Expectations. These expectations focus on students’
personal, social, academic, and career development. Infused in the lessons will be the
character education policy which our district has adopted. |
