Individual Counseling

Students are referred to me by parents, teachers, principals, or the student may ask their teacher to talk to the counselor.

I have met with students regarding:

       *anxiety            * bullying            * courage            * death           

        *divorce          * friendships       * honesty            * illness           

        * respect         * responsibility    *self-esteem    * setting goals   

        * worry  

I have also met with students when they are sad, and they don't know why. Sometimes children don't know why they are sad, but it helps to have someone to talk to. Teachers don't have the time to just sit and listen to the child about their sad day. This is where I can come in and help.
