MAP - The MAP test is the state assessment  that is given to students third through twelfth grade across the state of Missouri. This testing window is usually the middle of March through the Middle of May.

Terra Nova - The Terra Nova is the assessment that is given to kindergarten students through second grade. This test is usually given the same time as the MAP test.

Enrichment testing - Teachers are usually the ones that refer students to be tested for enrichment. After getting permission to test the student, the counselor will give two achievement test. If the student qualifies on both, the student is automatically in the program and the parents are notified. However, if the student qualifies on just one,  the student will be assessed with an IQ test by the district examiner. The parent will be notified by mail, if the student does or does not qualify for the program.
